Not generic multi-chain messaging — concrete state cases. In each, only a proof crosses; the underlying data never leaves its sovereign.

Cross-government payments.
A settlement between two governments is proven and recorded on Ethereum, so both sides share one verifiable account of what happened.

Trade-document exchange.
A certificate of origin or customs declaration is verified across a border, with only the proof crossing — not the document's private contents.
The model
One proof, two sovereigns.
A transition is proven and settled to Ethereum once. Another sovereign then verifies that proof — neither surrenders control of its data, and ZK privacy holds at each hop.

Sovereignty
