Cross-border verification

Prove it once. Verify it anywhere. A credential, payment, or record proven in one nation is verified in another — with privacy preserved and control retained on both sides.

Sovereign-to-sovereign

What crosses a border.

Not generic multi-chain messaging — concrete state cases. In each, only a proof crosses; the underlying data never leaves its sovereign.

credential

Credential verification.

A diploma, licence, or identity attribute issued under Sovereign A is verified by Sovereign B without A disclosing the underlying record.

payment

Cross-government payments.

A settlement between two governments is proven and recorded on Ethereum, so both sides share one verifiable account of what happened.

How it settles

trade

Trade-document exchange.

A certificate of origin or customs declaration is verified across a border, with only the proof crossing — not the document's private contents.

The model

One proof, two sovereigns.

A transition is proven and settled to Ethereum once. Another sovereign then verifies that proof — neither surrenders control of its data, and ZK privacy holds at each hop.

cross-border variant

Sovereign Acredential proven
Sovereign Bverified, ZK-private

The cross-border variant above shows a credential proven under Sovereign A and verified, ZK-private, by Sovereign B.

Sovereignty

Neither sovereign loses control.

Verification is not disclosure. A proof confirms a fact is true without revealing the data behind it — so cooperation never costs a nation its data.

what is shared

A verifiable proof.

The other sovereign learns that the fact holds, and that it settled to Ethereum.

what is withheld

The data itself.

The record stays inside its sovereign. No kill-switch, no lock-in, no shared custody of data.

Verify it

Verify it, do not trust it.

Every cross-border verification resolves to an event in the explorer and a settlement on Ethereum.

One network. Verified across borders.
